The water tower was due to open to the public for the first time for the season on Sunday 19th April. It is clear that our programme of events and openings will have to be suspended until the government advises that the lockdown has ended and that it is safe to reopen.

 

Given that all current precautions are to 'flatten the curve' and not a cure to the virus you will understand that there can be no timescale to this.

 

The health and wellbeing of our volunteers will also be taken into account before any decisions are taken to move forward with our programme of events.

 

It's a difficult time for all charities and hope that you will be able to continue to support us when we return.
